We met Anthony through a zillow listing he came out that very day to show us the property it was 0 degrees out that week. We didn't care for that home but he took the time to see what all our needs were for a new home and right set us up a few viewings. We fell in love with one of his suggested homes we right got an offer put in and accepted . It had been awhile since we purchased a home we had alot of questions and he was always available and was able to answer all our questions. Anthony made this a very smooth process for us and was with us every step of the way. In less than a months time we had found and closed on our new home. Very good experience we would definitely work with Anthony and his team again!

I can not say enough great things about Will. He kept us updated when new houses came onto the market that matched our specifications. He took us having a special needs daughter into consideration when looking at properties and was great with her at showings! He never made us feel rushed into a decision he allowed us to look at as many houses as possible until we found the perfect home! He made the process absolutely painless. We are beyond happy that we found our dream home and could not have done without him!

Anthony Ponta, was our realtor. Before meeting him we went with 2 other realtors. The first one was not only was extremely hard to get ahold of, but it took her 4 days to put in our bid for the first house we wanted and then she didn’t even negotiate for us and we lost the bid by only $1,000. Then the second person we hired set up an appt for us to see a house that was an hour from our current residence and waited until we were almost all the way to the house when he texted my husband and told him that he just got a call from the listing agent and they supposedly told him that the house was still occupied and they needed to reschedule. So we decided to go look at the outside of the house at least since we had already driven an hour. When we got there we noticed that the house was not occupied and when we called the listing agent she said no one called her to set up a tour. So that’s when we hired Anthony. He was very transparent with everytbhing he said or did. He did everything he said he would. He always made us feel like a priority. He was also a great negotiator. And when the seller had to push back our closing date, he was very reassuring and calmed our nerves. He was also a great resource for everything we needed outside of just the properties as well. He helped find a lawyer, an inspector, movers and most recent with a general contractor. I would highly recommend him and everyone in his office.
